What are the shipping costs?
How do we ship our products?
They can either be shipped via Correos (Spanish Mail Company) or via a Courier company. If you live in Spain (Mainland), Balearic Islands, Portugal or any other EU Country, your parcels will be sent by a Courier company. If you live outside the EU, your parcel can be ship either by a Courier Company or Correos.
When will I receive my order?
IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation, some delays can occur. Please get in touch with us if you have any question related to this matter and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Well, it depends where you live. Parcels shipped within Spain (Mainland) will be delivered in 24-48 h, Balearic Islands and Portugal should take 48-72 h to arrive,; to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla please allow 3-5 working days. Also consider that orders made before 17:00 pm (Monday to Friday) will be sent the same day.
If you live in any other EU Country please allow 4-5 working days.
If you live in any other non EU country, delivery time varies enourmously so please contact us through the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Important: If the client rejects or omits the delivery, or changes the delivery to a "picking point" / transport company delegation and does not collect his/her parcel in a timely manner, being the parcel returned to our facilities, it will be the client who assumes the expenses of corresponding return and new shipment in such case, or any other expense generated by this action regarding his/her order.
Canary Islands: Register (complete address included) or log in as a customer and place your order (VAT excluded) quickly and conveniently. You will receive your order with Correos in 3-5 working days approx. (subject to Customs). Any duty/charges related to Customs (if any) will be assumed by the customer. You will be able to track your order on the Correos website, please request your tracking number.
Please note we cannot be reponsible for any customs duties or derived costs. We strongly recommend to contact your Local Customs to obtain detailed information.
We accept returns only if any of the products you received are wrong or faulty (Spain Mainland, Balearic Islands and EU countries only).
